Check out the following and make sure that you are
doing it properly:
Is the Caps Lock Key
turned on? Remember: passwords are case sensitive.
In case you left your Caps Lock Key on, your password
will not match. Type the uppercase and lowercase letters
in your password exactly the same way you typed in your
original password.
Is your login correct?
Remember: a single character that is not in your login
name will cause a mismatch and you won't be logged in.
Type in your login exactly the way you typed it in before.Have you forgotten your password?
If you have then you must prove your organization's identity
by answering a simple question about your organization.
If your answer is correct, your password will be mailed
to you instantly. Make sure you change your password after
you recieve a new one. Exercise security by making passwords
strong and changing it often. A strong password is one
which inlcudes both upper and lower case characters and
numbers. To change your password log on with your old
password, click on personal settings and change your password.
